Driver
Drivers are valuable members of Office Move Pro. All of our current drivers started as movers, and many now occupy supervisory roles as well. We expect our drivers to help out and do whatever is required.
Duties
- Some heavy lifting required
- Relocate furniture on dollies
- Relocate electronics on specially designed carts
- Relocate art objects and displays on specially designed carts
- Follow direction of, and report to, site supervisor
- Adhere to Office Move Pro’s Code of Conduct and uniform policies
Skills and Abilities
- Maintain a positive attitude
- Possess a willingness to learn
- Work well with others
- Safely load trucks
- Be on your feet for long periods of time
- Exercise good judgement and report any deficiencies to supervisor
Qualifications
- Legally eligible to work in Canada
- Dependable and reliable
- 3 years’ driving experience with AZ or DZ licence and clean driving record
- Class G licences are also acceptable
- Upon employment offer, must provide clean driver’s abstract and pass company road test
Installer
Installers work closely with movers and supervisors on most relocations. The ability to properly dismantle and reassemble furniture, as well as hang pictures and shelving, is what completes every office move.
Duties
- Some heavy lifting required
- Dismantle and assemble office furniture and systems
- Relocate furniture on dollies
- Relocate electronics on specially designed carts
- Relocate art objects and displays on specially designed carts
- Follow direction of, and report to, site supervisor
Skills and Abilities
- Maintain a positive attitude
- Possess a willingness to learn
- Work well with others
- Read floor plans, drawings etc.
- Be on your feet for long periods of time
- Exercise good judgment and report any deficiencies to supervisor
Qualifications
- Legally eligible to work in Canada
- Dependable and reliable
- Installation experience with Steelcase, Teknion, Global, Inscape, Haworth, Herman Miller, HON and Knoll etc.
- Valid driver’s licence an asset
- Own your own tools
Move Manager

Mover
The most important member of the Office Move Pro team is the mover. Movers comprise about 80% of our total staff and are on the front lines completing relocations. Without movers, no other position would exist.
Duties
- Some heavy lifting required
- Relocate furniture on dollies
- Relocate electronics on specially designed carts
- Relocate art objects and displays on specially designed carts
- Follow direction of, and report to, site supervisor
- Adhere to Office Move Pro’s Code of Conduct and uniform policies
Skills and Abilities
- Maintain a positive attitude
- Possess a willingness to learn
- Work well with others
- Be on your feet for long periods of time
- Exercise good judgement and report any deficiencies to supervisor
Qualifications
- Legally eligible to work in Canada
- No previous experience in the relocation industry needed (we will train you)
- Dependable and reliable
- Class G licence an asset but not necessary
Supervisor
Office Move Pro employs full-time supervisors who oversee projects from the pre-planning meetings to the final walk-through. Our supervisors are natural leaders who have both great knowledge and a strong passion for the relocation industry.
Duties
- Ensure projects are running efficiently and on time
- Stay in constant contact with operations and dispatch
- Some heavy lifting required
- Relocate furniture on dollies
- Relocate electronics on specially designed carts
- Relocate art objects and displays on specially designed carts
- Contribute to site meetings/planning of relocations
- Adhere to Office Move Pro’s Code of Conduct and uniform policies
Skills and Abilities
- Lead and work well with others
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Maintain a positive attitude
- Possess a willingness to learn
- Be on your feet for long periods of time
Qualifications
- Legally eligible to work in Canada
- Dependable and reliable
- 2 years’ experience in a supervisory/management role in the relocation industry
- Valid DZ licence with clean driving record
- Certified in First Aid, CPR, Fall Prevention, WHIMIS
