Office Move Pro donated gently used office furniture to support the staff of Hadley Junior High School, Philemon Wright High School and Lindsay Place Alternative Program. In addition to providing a much needed upgrade for school staff, the company was able to avoid contributing to landfill waste by extending the useful life of quality office equipment.
“We believe in doing as much as we can for the community,” says Office Move Pro spokesman Frank Carrier.
Hadley Junior and Philemon Wright schools have the highest enrolment of any Junior or Senior high school in the Western Quebec School Board. Securing important donations like office furniture allows staff to focus on areas where important funding is needed.
Office Move Pro donated desks and chairs to provide teachers and staff with some basic tools to help them work more comfortably, and assist their students.
“We truly appreciate the generosity Office Move Pro has shown towards our school community,” said Tracy Charles, Case Manager at the Western Quebec School Board. “The office furniture is truly going to good use. We have some very happy staff.”
