At Office Move Pro we take pride in recruiting the very best people, and more importantly - in retaining them. We believe in training and developing our staff and we promote from within. Presently, 100% of our supervisors and support centre staff began as movers.
Our team is made up of movers, installers, drivers and supervisors, as well as strong support staff in our Operations, Business Development and Finance departments.

Driver
Drivers are important members of Office Move Pro. All of our current Drivers started as Movers and many now occupy Supervisor roles as well. Drivers are expected to help out and do whatever is required.

Installers work closely with movers and supervisors on most relocations. The ability to properly dismantle and re-assemble furniture as well as hang pictures and shelving is what completes the look of every office.

The most important member of the Office Move Pro team is the Mover. Movers comprise about 80% of our total staff and are on the front lines completing relocations. Without Movers no other position would exist.

Office Move Pro employs full-time Supervisors who oversee projects from the pre-planning meetings to the final walk through. Our Supervisors are natural leaders who have both a great knowledge and a strong passion for the relocation industry.
