Orlando joined the Company in August 2006. While it was his first paying job in the relocation industry, he had plenty of hands-on experience by the time he got there. Growing up, he moved almost every other year and developed a keen sense as to how a good move should flow in the process.

When Orlando did go professional, he started out as a mover and slowly developed his skill set. As the Company grew, so too did the opportunities, advancing him to his current position in Dispatch.

People, planning and preparation are his most important responsibilities, as all three must be taken care of before any relocation job can be executed. Orlando knows that it takes just the right combination of these to ensure total customer satisfaction. His goal is to make every client feel like they are the only client, and that Office Move Pro can and will make their move a successful one.

A team player by nature, Orlando is proud to be a part of the professional, unique and dynamic culture that has developed at Office Move Pro. He feels he is part of a family unit here, where everyone shares a "can and will do" attitude.

He supports the local community through his work at Office Move Pro, by participating in environmental programs like Enviromove. Enviromove is a recycling program that will reduce the amount of product that makes it to the landfill.

Outside of work, Orlando enjoys spending time with his family, which he takes very seriously. His personal goal is to be the best husband and the best father that he can possibly be.
