In those capacities, Tim sees the employees as the single most important asset of the company—the one and only link the company has to its customers. Accordingly, Tim maintains that if the company’s employees are highly motivated and fulfilled in the execution of their assigned duties, this, in turn, will yield customer satisfaction.

In his personal life, Tim spends time with his wife Bernadine and is an avid skier and loves to travel. Recently, too, he left the board of St. Mary’s University after having served on the board for nine years.
